Servings
Fire & Spice: Take 10ml (1 tablespoon) daily—straight, diluted in water, or added to tea. A 180ml bottle provides ~18 servings.

Magnesium Spray: Apply 3–5 sprays to the stomach, feet or areas of tension daily or as needed (especially in the evening).
