WHY USE A MAGNESIUM SPRAY INSTEAD OF A SUPPLEMENT?

HOW DO I USE THE MAGNESIUM SPRAY?
Spray directly onto clean skin — feet, stomach, or areas of tension — and gently rub in. Avoid sensitive areas and do not ingest.
We recommend using it as part of your evening routine to help the body unwind, or post-movement to support recovery. Start with a few sprays and build up as your body becomes familiar.
IS IT SAFE DURING PREGNANCY OR FOR CHILDREN?
Our Magnesium Recovery Spray is made with a simple, gentle formulation.
However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or using on young children, we recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner before use.
For children, start with a small amount on the feet and monitor how the skin responds.

Easy! Remove the pump or lid from your spray bottle, then locate the nozzle on the satchel. Place the nozzle securely into the opening of your bottle before pouring to avoid any spills. Gently squeeze or tip the satchel to fill to your desired level, reattach your pump or lid, give it a gentle shake, and you’re ready to go.
We’re being upfront with you — the current satchel is not recyclable, and that doesn’t sit well with us either.
We are actively working to replace the material with a recyclable alternative — the challenge is that the minimum order quantity for sustainable packaging is 10,000 units, so we are building toward that milestone as we grow. We’re committed to getting there.
In the meantime, we’re exploring ways to upcycle the empty satchel so nothing goes to waste. Stay tuned.
