Absolutely, some times your morning coffee is the highlight of the day. We don't want to take things away from you, that makes you smile. However do try and take us before your first meal of the day.

We are all about making life easy. So store us where it works for you.

Whether its the bedside table, counter top, pantry, handbag or fridge.. we only recommend you keep us out of direct sunlight.

There are a couple of ways you can refill with. Either head down to one of our regular markets, and receive $5 off your refill.

Or alternatively you can purchase a refill satchel online. Simply rinse the bottle with warm water and ensure you have the satchel nozzle in the opening of the bottle before you refill it.

SISUU TONIC

We recommend starting with the recommended dosage of 10ml a day. If it feels good on the stomach, you can increase it up to 30 ml a day. Having more then this, is not recommended.

SISUU SPRAY

There isn't an upper limit for transdermal magnesium products. You can use both oral and spray.

SISUU Tonic does not need to be refrigerated. Store it in a cool, dark place to maintain its quality and potency. However, if you prefer a chilled tonic, feel free to keep it in the fridge. Just ensure the cap is tightly sealed after each use.

For optimal health benefits, we recommend taking 10ml of SISUU Tonic diluted in a glass of water, up to twice a day. You can adjust the amount based on your personal preference and tolerance. Consistency is key, so incorporating it into your daily routine will yield the best results.

Unfiltered apple cider vinegar is significantly darker and will have wispy or stringy bits floating in it. These bits are what is known together as “the mother. It is the most potent part of the vinegar where a lot of the probiotics is found.

No, SISUU Tonic is not alcoholic. Is is great as a substitute. Simply add a dash to sparkling water and garnish.

Yes, both our products are kids friendly. The tonic might be a little bit zingy but is great for kids. Just try and ensure they have a glass of water after.

Our Magnesium Spray is great for kids as well. Try spraying it on the soles of the feet - as it is less likely to be tinkly. It helps with growing pains and also getting deeper sleep.

DAMANGED ORDERS

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact orders@sisuu.life with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will correct the mistake right away.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation e-mail. If you have received a delivery e-mail but have not yet received your order, it is possible your package was scanned but is still on the truck for delivery. Please wait 3 business days and if you haven’t received your order, contact us at orders@sisuu.life.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you have placed an international order and have not received your package, your customs office is the first place to check. We are not responsible for replacing orders that are unclaimed at customs. If you have checked with your customs office and they don't have it, please email us at orders@sisuu.life.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Anytime an order is shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, we'll replace the order ASAP. If you supply the incorrect address at checkout and it is returned to us, we can re-ship the item for the standard shipping fee. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to replace orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses given at checkout.

 LOST PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Since we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure

For international shipments, we offer live shipping pricing on our site depending on your destination. Your exact shipping quote will be reflected at checkout. Please note that customs and fees are usually reflected in the total cost, however the buyer is responsible for all customs fees for International orders.

OTHER IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Import Taxes You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the international shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them in you home country. SISUU cannot advise of these charges as they are determined by the courier, taxation laws in your delivery country and other customs charges. 

DECLARATION OF VALUE AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Due to International laws, SISUU states the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. We will send an itemised invoice along with your order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.

CUSTOMS INFO

SISUU will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

RETURNS POLICY

We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered. SISUU asks can you please inspect the parcel should any damage have occurred in transit. Should any damage have occurred SISUU must be contacted via email orders@sisuu.life within 4 days of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.

You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less freight costs. Please note that every effort is taken to ensure that we pack your order as safely as possible – but damage does occur from time to time – especially in the transit of glass items.

Thank you for your patience and co-operation in the event of a breakage or error with your parcel. We will work together to get the goodness you deserve to you as soon as possible.
