The Cedar Veil Magnesium Spray closes the loop in the evening, a topical magnesium ritual to help you wind down before bed.

Servings
Fire & Spice: Take 10ml (1 tablespoon) daily—straight, diluted in water, or added to tea. A 180ml bottle provides ~18 servings.

Magnesium Spray: Apply 3–5 sprays to the stomach, feet or areas of tension daily or as needed (especially in the evening).
Storage
Store both products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration required. Keep bottles sealed when not in use and avoid introducing water or contaminants into the tonic.

I absolutely love this deliciousness! Tried a sample at City Cave and I was transported back to Thailand. It has a zingy flavour and I had to buy it. My first bottle didn’t last long because I had it every morning so I decided to buy the larger refill pouch. It’s part of my morning routine now. I feel less bloated and I can’t recommend it enough. Yum!
