Fire & Spice Tonic: Organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother), ginger, turmeric, chili, jalapeño, orange, lemon, cayenne pepper, garlic, mustard seeds, cinnamon, fennel seeds, peppercorn, lemon balm tea, bay leaves and sea salt.
Cedar Veil Magnesium Spray: Purified water, magnesium chloride (~50% concentration) and a natural essential oil blend of cedarwood, patchouli, frankincense, amyris and nagarmotha.

Servings
Fire & Spice: Take 10ml (1 tablespoon) daily—straight, diluted in water, or added to tea. A 180ml bottle provides ~18 servings.
Magnesium Spray: Apply 3–5 sprays to the stomach, feet or areas of tension daily or as needed (especially in the evening).
Storage
Store both products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration required. Keep bottles sealed when not in use and avoid introducing water or contaminants into the tonic.

I absolutely love this product! I spray it on the soles of my feet every night before bed, also on my sons, we have the deepest and best sleep! I also get severe muscle spasms and the spray works so well! Highly recommend :)

Finally tried the Cedar Veil Magnesium oil and have been using it for about 5 days now. I like the lighter texture as I feel it absorbs fast (not too oily), and the light scent was not imposing. It definitely helped stave off leg cramps that felt like they were coming on before bedtime and it did help a little with the arthritis in my hands - less pain. Hope to really see more great effects as I work my way through the bottle.
This product is not just a satisfying aesthetic exploration into branding; oh is that part good, but it is also an authentic reliable source of muscle relief and sleep enhancing ingredients. I was in love with the aloe vera "dream easy" spray until I unexpectedly fell even further into ecstacy with the "cedar veil" blend; good lord this rocks my socks; I love it. Back to order refills and give the Tonic a good go. I recommend the sprays to all who live; the soil these days does not allow for good magnesium levels in our food, and we live a much more stressful life, so magnesium is a must.
