Start with one 10ml shot per day, ideally in the morning before food. Once you're used to it, you can take it twice daily — morning and evening. We love it taken neat, diluted in warm water, or as a bright opener before a meal.

I absolutely love this product! I spray it on the soles of my feet every night before bed, also on my sons, we have the deepest and best sleep! I also get severe muscle spasms and the spray works so well! Highly recommend :)

I don't take pre-workout, but I have to assume that the energy and uplift I get from the Fire & Spice tonic is the same, only there's nothing but great natural ingredients!
As for the Magnesium Spray, not only does it help my body relax but it also is amazing for calming the mind in the evening.
Could not recommend this combo enough to anyone who values their morning and evening routines.

The Fire & Spice Tonic is my morning non-negotiable and has been for the past 4 or so years, I've repurchased it more times than I can count. Sisuu's magnesium spray at night has been my newer go-to, and I'm now a devotee, it's genuinely improved how deeply I sleep. The products are authentic in every way, they work whilst having beautiful aesthetics in mind. Can't recommend enough.

Love it so much searched around Canberra as you said there are stockists here but none of the stockists stock the tonic! Had to purchase online but that’s ok I take it every day and stay healthy!
