    I find the tonic in the morning seems to give me more energy at the end of my day. It's the only thing I've changed in my routine so that's why I've made that link. The highly concentrated magnesium and aloe spray has also been effective on my inflamed forearms and wrists from my work as a remedial massage therapist.
