We source the zestiest lemons from Rita's Organic Farm, packed with vitamin C!
Tumeric
We use a combination of fresh and dried organic turmeric, a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
Ginger
We add a whole lot of organic fresh ginger. A powerhouse for immunity, metabolism and digestion.

Apple cider vinegar helps stimulate digestive enzymes when taken before meals, while warming ginger and fennel assist with bloating and sluggish digestion.

Ginger, turmeric, garlic and chilli: whole botanicals traditionally used to support immune health.
Have a question
Start with one 10ml shot per day, ideally in the morning before food to kickstart your digestion and set your gut up for the day.
Once your body is used to it, you can take it twice daily - morning and evening. It it especially impactful before having a meal high in sugar and or carbs.
Due to our use of raw and unpasteurised apple cider vinegar, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before adding Sisuu Tonic to your routine during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Every body and pregnancy is different and your doctor or midwife knows your situation best.
Not at all. Diluting simply makes it gentler on your stomach and teeth. The beneficial compounds remain just as active.
We actually love having it diluted in warm water or soda water, and we have plenty of great recipes on the website to inspire you.
Honestly? Not us specifically. We're a small brand brewed on the Northern Beaches, not a lab. What we do know is that every ingredient we put in our tonic has serious research behind it. Raw apple cider vinegar, ginger, turmeric and chilli have all been studied extensively and the science is compelling.
If you're the kind of person who likes to go down a research rabbit hole, head to pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov and search any of our ingredients and you'll find hundreds of peer-reviewed studies. We're also big fans of Jessie Inchauspé, the Glucose Goddess, whose work on vinegar and blood sugar is some of the most eye-opening reading we've come across. Find her at www.glucosegoddess.com and you won't regret it.

I've been taking 10 mL daily for the past week, and I believe it's the reason I feel energized and have renewed vitality! It energizes my mornings, and I've noticed I no longer immediately crave that initial coffee!!
I absolutely love this deliciousness!
Tried a sample at City Cave and I was transported back to Thailand.
It has a zingy flavour and I had to buy it.
My first bottle didn’t last long because I had it every morning so I decided to buy the larger refill pouch. It’s part of my morning routine now. I feel less bloated and I can’t recommend it enough. Yum!
It has been so good. I take it in the morning and it wakes me up. Haven’t woke up to drinking coffee since starting this. It gets my gutt going and I feel so much better when I have breakfast
Sisuu is used by myself and my wife each morning.
It helps aid digestion, bloating and body odours in my personal experience.
I highly recommend it to anyone.
The taste is a quick burn but its worth it.
Love the refill and its contents. Keeps this girl healthy.
Not a big fan of the ginger tea - grateful for the sample but tbh I’m not a big ginger fan unless it’s a small quantity within a recipe. I’m sure it’s great for lovers of strong ginger though.

I love the flavour and the little kickstart it gives to me each morning. I have tried others but Sisuu is the bomb.
I used to have fire tonic onky through winter to help keep the colds and flu away. Now i have it every morning.
I even add it it to a margarita for a little spicy kick.
Love this firery-sour drink as part of my wellness girly routine - with warm water in the mornings or as a mid-arvo pick me up. Friends gifted me the bottle and I just purchased the refill satchel as I’m addicted!
I don't take pre-workout, but I have to assume that the energy and uplift I get from the Fire & Spice tonic is the same, only there's nothing but great natural ingredients!
As for the Magnesium Spray, not only does it help my body relax but it also is amazing for calming the mind in the evening.
Could not recommend this combo enough to anyone who values their morning and evening routines.
The Fire & Spice Tonic is my morning non-negotiable and has been for the past 4 or so years, I've repurchased it more times than I can count. Sisuu's magnesium spray at night has been my newer go-to, and I'm now a devotee, it's genuinely improved how deeply I sleep. The products are authentic in every way, they work whilst having beautiful aesthetics in mind. Can't recommend enough.
Love it so much searched around Canberra as you said there are stockists here but none of the stockists stock the tonic! Had to purchase online but that’s ok I take it every day and stay healthy!
