Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons SISUU Tonic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water to thin (optional)

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, SISUU Tonic, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and maple syrup or honey.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. If the dressing is too thick, add water a teaspoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Drizzle over salads and enjoy.
