What level of surfing is required?
- This safari is designed for intermediate to advance surfers that have a solid understanding of how to handle themselves in the ocean and line up. They are eager to refine their technique and progress their performance. Unsure if this is you? call and we can chat it through.
What is accomodation and sleeping arrangements?
- You will be hosted by the beautiful Hugh and Jessie at A Native Escape Valla. Their off the grid property feels like you are staying on the cost of Costa Rica and truely somewhere far away. You will share a beautiful tepee with a surf buddy, with all linen and bedding provided for your stay.
How will we accomodate to swell and wave forecast?
- We will find the best wave on a 40 Min radius to Valla for your adventure. Having swell forecaster Sam Brown and local, Hugh Crowely, will allow us to narrow down on which bank will be working the best and at which times of the day. The schedule will shift to allow this to happen.
What type of food will we be eating?
- Delicious, wholesome, spray free meals will be provided. We can accomodate to vegetarians, vegans and all allergic dietary requirements.
