We will explore a variety of breath-work training, that involves up-regulating and down regulating the system. This includes bolt testing, power breathing, Co2 tolerance training, apena breath holds & box breathing.
Our workshops are designed to cater for all levels. Everyone has their fears and mindset limitations. There will be the chance to ask direct questions at the end of the session, with Mitch and Emma.

A NOTE ON COVID-19
We want you to feel safe and we take Covid-19 very seriously. We will provide hand sanitiser, hand wash, tissues and disinfectant for all students, as well as deep clean the premises before and after each workshop. We trust that if you do not feel well, are showing symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19, you will not attend.
